Compassion First Runners are Participating in the
2010 Surf City USA Marathon
Running For the Sake of Others:
Compassion First volunteers will be running in the 2010 Surf City USA Marathon to raise needed funds toward the opening and operation of transitional centers for sexually trafficked girls in Indonesia and the broader Asia/Pacific.
Compassion First is a non-profit relief organization that provides sustainable hope-filled solutions for situations of human disaster. With specific focus on the children that have been rescued from sexual slavery, Compassion First is opening a series of centers that provide transitional services. These services include, medical care, psychological care, life care, education and reintegration toward a hopeful future with investment into the fullest potentional of each child.

If you would like to sponsor somebody who is racing for Compassion First please click on "sponsor a participant" link above to find your participant.
To Participate as a CF Racer:
If you are a runner and would like to participate in the 2010 Surf City USA Half Marathon or 5K on behalf of Compassion First please first register as a runner on the official Surf City USA Marathon website.
You will then need to register as a CF Racer. To do so please follow the instructions below:
- Click the "Register" Link located at the top left of this page.
- Fill out the CF registration page.
- Check your email for further instructions.
- Customize your personal fundraising page and set a fundraising goal.
- Consider recruiting (from within your page) friends and/or family to race with you.
- Let everyone know by uploading your contacts and sending the message.
- *Make sure to register yourself on the Surf City USA Marathon offical website.
- Get ready to run. A "Couch to 5k" training program is included!
